Development of adaptation scenarios, vulnerability maps and the constructive design of the proof-of-concept structures. Leads the technology transfer and model transferability work packages.
University of Udine — DIES — Udine (IT)
Department of Economics and Statistics. Economic valuation of ecosystem services and climate change costs; leads the territorial resilience work package.
Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park — Belluno (IT)
Belluno pilot area: data collection at huts and alpine pasture huts, engagement of local actors and dissemination of results.
LAG Euroleader — Tolmezzo (IT)
Carnia pilot area in Friuli Venezia Giulia: data collection, stakeholder engagement and regional uptake of project results.
Centro Consorzi — Belluno (IT)
Project Communication Manager. Through its School of Wood, it manufactures the components and carries out the on-site assembly of the timber proof-of-concept structures.

Austrian Alpine Club (ÖAV) supports data collection in the Salzburg pilot area and access to the hut estate.
Consorzio Legno Veneto and Green Tech Italy contribute specialist expertise in timber construction and green technologies.
